REBECCA DIAZ DE LEON

As a graphic designer or creative problem solver, Becca specializes in Photoshop and can mask away pesky blemishes on your photos, but that is really truly her forte! Her objective here at Lake Pointe Church is to serve a much greater purpose: she is devoted in reaching people and encouraging them to know and love Christ by creating eye-catching artwork. Becca’s expertise is in collaborating with ministries to develop designs that are current, attractive and organized all while providing them with great customer service.

Becca graduated with high honors and a degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at The Art Institute of Dallas in 2013. While attending college, she worked at a local favorite Italian restaurant, Pizza Getti, where she acquired an incredible amount of knowledge and training over seven years – and she still implements that knowledge today. She learned valuable lessons in customer service, leadership skills, time management, and productivity skills. And as a bonus, she met her husband there!

Prior to graduating, Becca followed her passion for graphic design and looked for ways to make a difference. This led to an opportunity for an internship with Lake Pointe Church, which then advanced to a full-time gig! She absolutely loves working for Lake Pointe, and this is her hometown and church – so having the chance to develop her education while being a part of a larger purpose is amazing.

Beyond her creative thinking and hustle here at work, Becca is also a wife to Felipe, mother to Mila Rose and caretaker of her grandmother, Joan. Her devotion and family are her inspiration. Each day, she strives to be a great designer and is always concepting new ways to share God’s Word.
